Pibsa1000 is a lubricant additive intermediate prepared from high reactive polyisobutylene (mn=1000) by thermal adduction process. The ashless dispersant produced from pibsa1000 possesses fine detergency and favourable low temperature sludge dispersion.

TBN400 Petroleum Lubricant Additives Synthetic Calcium Sulfonate
With heavy alkyl benzene sulfonic acid as a main raw material, super high-based synthetic calcium sulfonate is prepared by neutralization and super high alkalization reaction. The product has excellent alkaline storage property, good oil solubility and strong acid neutralization capability, and it can immediately neutralize organic aid and inorganic aid in oil; meanwhile it also has excellent high-temperature detergency and thermal stability. It is a preferred addictive for preparing over-based marine cylinder oil.

It not only has good oil solubility (good solubility in Class, Class II, Class III base oil and PAO) and excellent dispersity, but also has excellent anti-wear, anti-friction, anti-oxidation and increasing-torque performances.
It also has the excellents effects of repairing, saving energy and relieving oil burning when added to engine oil.The product has been certified by Southwest Research Institute and American Petroleum Institute (API) for its application in refined oil products.
