That the verification of the in tank product and ancillary documentation, Injection report, SGS report, actual product availability and Sellers tanks to Buyers tanks injection schedules and other related matters be dealt with at a face to face meeting (table Top meeting) at the Sellers tank farm offices. 2. Process. a) The buyer would provide the Seller with the details of their representative, passport copy ect. b) The seller would advise and agree with the Buyer the date and time of the meeting, the Buyer would require a minimum of 3 hoursâ?? notice so as to ensure our representative was available. It is suggested that meeting should take place approximately at 11 am on any working /banking day which would allow for the bank transfers to be made on that day once all of the verifications have been completed c) The Sellers tank farm would issue the letter of invitation to the Buyers representative to enter your tank farms offices for the meeting. The Buyers representative already holds entry permits for the tank farm area but for good order an official invitation is required. d) Once at the meeting the Sellers representative would provide the required documents for verification to the Buyers representative who in conjunction with your representative and if required the tank farm representative would carry out the verification process without leaving the meeting offices. e) Once the verification process had been satisfactorily completed the Buyers representative would convey the required information to the Buyers offices who would by return issue their full storage tank details to the Sellers tank farm and the Seller via the Buyers representative at meeting. The Sellers tank farm would immediately contact the Buyers tank farm and agree the transfer schedules between them. f) The Sellers tanks are secured by the tanks farm and the required information sent to the Buyers office. The Seller issues the final invoice to the Buyer. g) The Buyer issues instructions to their bank to Swift the full payment of the invoice the same day if banking hours permits or the following banking day. h) Upon receipt of the funds the Sellers transfers the title of the product and all relevant documentation to the buyer. i) The Sellers tank farm commences the transfer of the product in to the Buyers storage tanks as per the agreed schedules no later than 24 hours after the Buyer receives title.
