We ara producing halloumi cheese from whole milk. The difference between our Grillcheese / Halloumi type cheese and other similar products is, that our product is made of whole milk. Therefore, Grillcheese / Halloumi type cheese that is manufactured by us is much tastier, smoother than the products that are made with skimmed milk. The fat of the milk gives the taste of the cheese.
During production we only use fresh pasteurized sheep, goat and cow milk and do not use milk powder. Furthermore our products are free of any type of chemical additives and preservatives.
