Product Description: Steel teeth Bits 114-117, 127 Soft Formation Tooth Bits The 114-117 bits are used to drill low-compressive strength, soft formation. Long projection tooth lengths are used on high offset cones to provide the greatest penetration rates possible. Wear-resistant hard facing is used to control tooth wear. On the softest bits type this hard facing completely covers the bit teeth. 127 Medium-Hard Formation Tooth Bits The 127 bits are used to drill high-compressive strength, medium hard formations. Short projection teeth with reduced crest length are used in this series of bit designs. Durable hard facing is applied to reduce tooth wear. Medium hard with high compressive strength and hard streak (hard shale ,sandstone , limestone, etc.) 437 Soft Formation TCI Tricone Bits The 437 TCI bits are used to drill low compressive strength, very soft formations. TCI bits maximize the use of both conical and chisel tungsten carbide inserts of large diameters and high projection. This cutting structure design, combined with maximum cone offset, result in high bit penetration rates. The deep intermesh of cutter rows prevents bit bailing in sticky formations. 517 Medium Formation TCI Tricone Bits The 517 features aggressive chisel tungsten carbide insert on the heel rows and inter rows. This design provides a fast drilling rate and added cutting structure durability in medium-to-medium hard for-mationes. The HSN rubber O-ring provides adequate sealing for bearing durability. 637 Hard Formation TCI Tricone Bits The 637 bits can be used to drill hard and abrasive forma-tions. Wear-resistant tungsten carbide inserts are used in the outer rows to prevent loss of bit gauge. Maximum numbers of hemispherical-durability and long life. 617 Medium-Hard Formation TCI Tricone Bits The 617 feature robust chisel tungsten carbide inserts on the heel row and conical on the inner rows. This design provides a fest drilling rate and added cutting structure durability in medium to medium hard formations. The HSN rubber O-rin provides adequate sealing for bearing durability. Horizontal Hole openers, also known as HDD reamer, are used to enlarge the diameter of a pre-drilled hole. They are custom built to specification, and come in a wide variety of sizes. HDD is used when trenching and excavating is not practical. This drilling technology allows for a steerable trenchless way to drill underground. There are three stages, the first stage is to drill a small diameter pilot hole. The second stage is enlarge the hole with a larger diameter cutting tool called an HDD Reamer, Rock Reamer or Hole Opener. The third stage is inserting the casing pipe or other product into the enlarged hole. Features: 1. 1.Tighten the bits when screw on. 2.When the bit lower down to the bottom , Should give a soft pressure, slow drilling .After a drilling 0.2m-0.3m with appropriate pump, then give the conventional drilling. 3.Drilling could not be without water, if not fear the normal vibration sound or drill too slow, lift the drill to check without delay. 4.When drill jammed, withdraw first, should not to force the rig start. 5.Drill could not without water, to ensure that the bit will be too hot. 6.Use the bits in right order , big size first, then small one . 30*35*40cm 45kg
