Polraha Organic Desiccated Coconut is made from the fresh kernel of the coconut. It is dried and cut into one of the two following sizes - Medium and Fine. It has between 63-68% fat, a moisture below 3% and a creamy white appearance. Desiccated Coconut, also known as DC, is used for baking, confectionery and regularly day-to-day cooking
The snow-looking, nutrition-packed flesh of the coconut is extracted, washed, heated and ground into fine and medium grade powdery particles that are then oven-dried, sieved and packaged, retaining all its fatty goodness.
Our shredded coconut products, while not completely void of moisture as its desiccated counterpart, comes in larger, flakey strands or pieces, and packs the same nutritious, original unsweetened goodness of the coconut flesh. Sweetened flakes can be used in a variety of dishes, both savory and sweet. Use the flakes to add a tropical flavor to any dish.

Coconut chips are made from fresh, sliced coconut meat harvested from mature Sri Lankan coconuts. It is a perfect snack straight from the bag, or add a satisfying crunch to your smoothie bowl, salad, or yogurt. Coconut chips do not contain gluten, dairy, and soy, or preservatives.
