Seller issues a commercial invoice of the product in tanks at the port, and the buyer signs
and returns a Commercial Invoice to the seller.
Upon return of the endorsed CI, the Seller release to the buyer the following Partial PPOP
documents:
a) Fresh SGS Report (not older then 48Hrs)
b) Tank storage receipt (TSR)
c) (ATV) Authorization for physical verification of the product
d) Injection report
e) Certificate of Origin
f) Product passport
g) Authorization to Sell and collect (ATSC).
The Seller issues UDTA for the Buyer to proceed with the dip test and the Buyer and his
SGS Inspection team conduct a dip test on the product in the Seller tank at Buyers
expense.
Upon the satisfactory result of the dip test, the Sellers Storage Company engages with
the Buyer, to arrange the Tank Takeover process.
The Buyer releases the full payment for the product to the Seller and makes payment for
the Sellers Storage Company to take over the tank storage, along with Product Title
Ownership documents under Buyers name.
Once 100% payment is received, the Seller pays all intermediaries involved on Sellers
side and Buyer side commission will be distributed by the Buyer.

NEXT STEPS
Please send your SCO . After our verification process/light DD we will provide you with an LOI, depending on your company status we will write the ICPO. We strive to have you at the table with the buyer(s) as soon as possible.

1. The buyer issues and submits an irrevocable corporate purchase order (ICPO), together with their passport and company registration documents.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI), and Buyer signs and
returns to Seller.
3. Seller Releases Proof of Product (POP) Documents to buyer secured email:
Fresh SGS Report (issued within the last 48 hours)
Authorization to Verify (ATV) in the seller's tank physically
Authorization to Sell & Collect Funds (ATSC)
Injection Report
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Letter of Commitment to Supply
Seller's Tank Storage Receipt
4. Buyer verifies Fresh SGS Report.
5. Upon successful verification, Buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT wire transfer for the total
product available within 24-48hours. Extends or takes over the seller's tanks, and the seller transfers title ownership to the buyer?s name.
6. Seller pays commission to all intermediaries according to signed NCNDA/IMFPA within 48hrs.
7.. Buyer and seller sign a long-term contract for the consistent supply for mutually agreeable.

To proceed with the buyer’s formal ICPO, please confirm if your company can provide the following standard documents:
• Soft Corporate Offer (SCO)
• Company Information Sheet (CIS)
• Mandate Letter (if applicable)
Important Note:
Our buyer operates under a strict compliance framework. Therefore, it is important that the seller is able to follow the buyer’s pre-approved Dip & Pay procedure without modification. This ensures internal compliance and efficient transaction execution.
