Shanxi Junshengda. has two professional branch plants producing stainless steel investment casting. One plant uses lost wax casting process to produce normal stainless steel casting, such as austenitic stainless steel ( CF8, CF8M, CF3 and CF3M), Martensitic stainless steel ( 1Cr13, 2Cr13); precipitation-hardening stainless steel( 17-4PH); The second investment casting foundry uses vacuum furnace to do superalloy castings, such as turbine, turbocharger parts, turbine blade, supercharger, Ni-base alloy casting, Cr-base alloy casting. Also we have enough and advanced CNC machining equipments, such as CNC vertical machining center, CNC turning machines, CNC milling machines.
