Therefore, EmBraVerde is operating its own Bamboo plantation for the production of top-quality Bamboo seedlings. Dendrocalamus (D.C.) ASPER and D.C. STRICTUS are the preferred species to grow. D.C. ASPER delivers more than 40 tons of biomass per hectare, every year. The most beautiful culms (poles) are selected for the manufacturing of furniture and for parquet flooring. D.C. STRICTUS also delivers remarkable amount of biomass and is used for civil construction work (concrete enforcement, etc.). The first three month, our seedlings are growing inside a modern nursery that provides sun shadow and computer controlled irrigation system. Another three months the seedlings continue growing inside planting - bags in the Bamboo field receiving naturally shadow. Finally the seedlings will stay under the sun in order to become very strong. Beside selling the plants, EmBraVerde supports the planting at customer's site very closely, we even give guarantee for a 100% planting and growing of the Bamboo. EmBraVerde is producing various kinds of seedlings at own nursery, preferred species are Dendrocalamus (D.C.) ASPER and D.C. STRICTUS. Capacity of nursery is more than 100.000 plants per year (season). Plants are growing in "planting sacks" outdoor at own Bamboo field. Ready for selling and planting after approx. one year of growing. Very strong plants at high quality. The seedlings are produced without chemicals, only naturally fertilizer. Delivery ex-works (at farm) or CIF (Incoterms).
Top-quality BRIQUETTES, made of Bamboo sawdust charcoal, no chemicals used. Packaging into 5, 10, 15 and more kilogram bags, design and printing neutral, EmBraVerde or on customer's advise. High energy values of more than 30.000 kJoule per kg, long lasting burning time of more than three (3) hours at more than 350 degrees Celsius. No smoke, no smelling. Remaining ash of less than five (5) percent. Really sustainable product. The Bamboo is harvested every year, no deforestation. EmBraVerde is providing low qualified jobs in rural and poor area in Brazil. The Bamboo captures approximately 50 tons of CO2 per hectare and year and produces 30% more oxygen than any other plant. Those culms are preserved by special, but natural procedures, on-site at the plantation. This Bamboo is a very good source for the manufacturing of laminated boards (flooring system), furniture, musical instruments, household utensils and handicrafts. In addition, it is in use for re-enforcement of concrete in the real estate business. EmBraVerde is selling culms of ASPER and STRICTUS to local and international markets. Delivery, preferable by ISO container (40 foot) for transport on land and sea.
