Enclosed are specification documents. Most important that the fuel is NOT from Russia or Kazakhstan, they will not accept it even if it is imported from another company or a free zone.
They require 110,000 metric tons of fuel, and 2 million barrels of jet fuel JET A1 fuel. If everything goes well, they will need the same volume monthly during one year.
Please let me know if you have this fuel, matching all specs. If yes I will introduce you directly to my client/ mediator in this deal. This is quite an urgent matter, will highly appreciate if you could reply me asap.
