Our shrimps are cooked in huge pool with salt, after we put in a drier machine specially designed for shrimp until the shrimp is dry, after that is packing in boxes of 25 kg. Never the hand touch the product. we manage 3 kind of size
Little : 600 - 800 shrimps per pound
Medium: 300 - 400 shrimps per pound
Big: 150 - 250 shrimps per pound
