It is designed to protect the flexible shaft inside from damage and wear in revolution. Constructionï¼? Flexible hose is made of multi-layer materials. From outside to inside the materials consist of winding steel straps(made of cold rollled steel straps), rubber(winding straps are applied with a thin layer of strong rubber), canvas(the winding steel straps are wrapped with a layer of canvas), rubber(extruders add an even layer of sythetic rubber on the surface of canvas), braided steel wire(one layer or two steel wire are to be made out of the synthetic rubber with braiding machines), rubber(extruders add one even layer of synthetic rubber)

The common production process of compressed mechanical in China is firstly the hydraulic forming and then compressing. its a simple process and requires low technology standards. but its Disadvantages are low efficiency, hoses' length is limited and the high operating cost.
On the basis of the original parameters, our company redesigned the compressed mechanical hose DN6-50mm. The wave distance is 13 smaller than the data as in the parameter table shown above. It is one of the world's most flexible and difficult type of hose to produce
