Brown Sugar has granules resembling White Crystal Sugar. Brown Sugar can be used for baking, cooking, and making drinks. Brown Sugar tends to be sweeter compared to Palm Sugar.
Palm Sugar
Palm Sugar is made from Arenga pinnata tree's sap which is rich in sugar, the sap goes through heat processing until it becomes a thick paste. These thick paste is then cooled down and shaped into a mold or gets through further processing to become smaller granules. The heat processing gives Palm Sugar a caramel and smoky flavor.
Coconut Sugar
Coconut Sugar is similar to Palm Sugar, but Coconut Sugar is harvested Coconut Tree's Flower Bud Stem Sap. Coconut Sugar has similar taste to Brown Sugar but a hint of smokiness like Palm Sugar.
