The Letter of Credit shall require the following documents:

Bill of Lading (BL): "Clean on board," marked "Freight payable as per charter party".
Inspection Certificate: Issued by SGS, confirming the quality and quantity of the bitumen have been inspected during loading and meet the agreed-upon specifications.
