This tape takes imported glass cloth as backing material coated with imported silicone adhesive. It is high temperature resistant (grade h), flame retardant, solvent resistant. This tape is nearly same to 3m 69 glass tape. It is used for transformers and application for very high temperature environment.
The size can be customized according to customer requirements. Acetate cloth tape is mainly used for the insulation of transformers, motors, especially high-frequency transformers, microwave transformers, and capacitor layers. In addition, it can also be used for winding and binding of wire harnesses, and to help fix ceramic coils, ceramic heaters and quartz tubes. It is also widely used in TV and monitor supporting products.
Jacobs KE30F Cloth Insulation Tape consists of a cotton cloth backing, coated with rubber adhesive. it has good insulation property and aging resistance, which is mainly used for wrapping and insulation protection of cable and wire joints it is also suitable for low temperature application.
