The purpose of a dunnage airbag is to secure the cargo and create a bulkhead during transit. That can be a sea container, a rail car, a truck, a vessel, or intermodal.
The dunnage bags will be fitted into the gaps or void between the cargo and then carefully filled with compressed air.

Dunnage bags are creative and simple protecting tools in transportation which are made of high-strength Kraft paper wrapped in PP and PE, its toughness and reliable. The inner shell is made of five layers of coextrusion films, mainly PE. Back valves are convenient in their operation of inflation and deflation. They are also airproof and solid, so that they can effectively prevent cargo collisions in truck, container or railway transport. Air bags can fully fill the space between cargoes, support the weight generated by jolt and weaken vibration to protect goods from damage in transport. They are better than any other supports, fillings or protectors, and more environment-friendly than traditional materials.
Dunnage air bags are a conveneint; affordable solution for filling the void or empty space between boxes or pallet loads. 2-ply paper air bags are excellent for light-duty truck applications. The trapped air inside these bags helps protect against shifting; shock; and vibration. The internal bladder is designed to to retain air for up to 14 days without loss of more than 0.5 PSI. The paper air bag seams are stitched using polypropylene thread coupled with filler cord and crepe tape binding.
DESCRIPTION
This is a reusable two layer dunnage bag with an inner polyethylene bladder to hold the air and a woven polypropylene outer bag to give it strength . A reusable polyethylene spring valve set is heat-sealed onto the bladder for easy inflation and deflation. All the plastic material used can be easily recycled when the bag is discarded.
