The Incinerated scrap or E46, is the by-product derived from the reprocessing of incinerated domestic waste. After the combustion process, the furnace output (IBA Incinerator bottom ash) is firstly washed, magnetically separated and screened to separate any no ferrous material. At a visual inspection, the material is fragmentized, with iron and steel parts, resulting partly cut or in shredded form. The stock appears heterogeneous and contains all kind of cut or dismantled steel parts such as sheets, bars, frames, wires, bolts and other iron/steel household residues. The incinerated scrap is eventually oxidized, due to the thermal and cooling treatments, that the material has been submitted to. The burnt scrap also contains minor slag parts, ash and iron oxide, due to the recovery process. Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities, can be sorted, but not fully removed. The consignment does not contain any type of arms, ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, radioactive contaminated, or any other explosive material in any form either used or otherwise. The collected stock, is stored in open air, on cemented flooring. It can be loaded loose in 20â?? heavy duty container. Please feel free to contact us for further details.

We are engaged in making Lead available in several forms including LME registered and non registered 99.97% and 99.99% as well as secondary ingots, foil, granules, powder, rod, shot, sheet, and wire. Lead is a bluish-white lustrous metal. It is very soft, highly malleable, ductile, and a relatively poor conductor of electricity. It is very resistant to corrosion but tarnishes upon exposure to air. Alloys include pewter and solder.
Product Description SmCo magnets, are composed of Samarium, Cobalt, and a few transition metals. SmCo magnets are high performance, low temperature coefficient rare earth permanent magnets, and could keep their performance under the maximum working temperature 350 degree centigrade. Manufacturing Process Samarium, Cobalt, and a few transition metals will be made into the SmCo powder, then fine SmCo powder will be compacted in a die and sintered, fusing the powder into a solid material. There are 2 forms of pressing: die pressing and isostatic pressing. Sintered parts normally need some finish machining in order to meet final tolerances. Machining & Tolerance Generally, SmCo magnets must be machined using diamond-grinding techniques. Sometimes, machining operations may be performed on SmCo materials using carbide tools, but surface finishes thus obtained may be less than optimal. The Standard tolerances for SmCo magnets are +/- 0.1mm for ground dimensions, but sticter tolerances are possible if specially required. Surface treatments The corrosion resistance of SmCo magnets is considered good. Although Surface coating or plating is not generally required for SmCo magnets, all kinds of surface coating are also available, like Nickel, Zn, Ni-Cu-Ni, Gold, Silver, Sn,Chrome, ABS coating, Rubber coating, PTFE(Telfon) coating, stainless steel case, etc. Magnetizing & Packing SmCo magnets require extremely high magnetizing fields, and can be magnetized in any direction as long as it is aligned properly. In some instances multiple pole magnetization is possible with special fixtures. All SmCo magnets are anisotropic, and can only be magnetized in the orientation direction, so particular consideration must be given to this when designing complex assemblies, if it is intended to magnetize after assembly. SmCo magnets are mechanically weak, and magnetically very strong. They should be packed properly in order to help user to use and handle them. 1. Samarium Cobalt magnets is made of samarium as rare earth elements and cobalt. 2. They have very good magnetic properties, high coercivity and excellent resistance to corrosion. 3. These magnets are best used under highly critical conditions.
Smco magnet is a high-capacity permanent magnet made from sm, co, fe and other trace metal elements. Besides a markable resistance against corrosion and oxidation. Hence, it may be used in aeronautic and space industries among others.
