TCP Limited also produces Liquid Sulphur Dioxide which is used in refineries for kerosene refining, lab chemicals manufacturing, paper bleaching, rayon pulp bleaching and in production of leather chemicals. The product is supplied in 900kgs cylinders
Sulphur black liquid, Manufacturer in Pakistan, Bulk Supply, Denim yarn dyeing, coloring cotton yarn, Knits, Rope dyeing system
Sulphur black dye in its liquid form with an application on denim and cellulosic textiles. The product shows controlled diffusion of dyestuff on slasher | rope dyeing machines. It is recommended for bottoming | topping application on denim yarn. The liquid formulation has good stability for better continuity in shade. This product is being manufactured by Chem Color International. We have a direct competition with Archroma Pakistan. Currently our main market to export this product is Bangladesh and Turkey.
Sulphur is mostly produced in refineries as a by-product and used mainly to produce sulfuric acid which is widely used in the manufacture of phosphate fertilizers and used to make detergents, plastics, and other products.
Granular or granule sulphur is a form of sulphur that easy to handle, has a custom shape and seems like pea grains. Granular sulphur is also produced in refineries but with an additional process with respect to lump sulphur. Molten liquid sulphur is sprayed in granulator unit and exposed to a rapid cooling where sulphur particles are created.
Granular sulfur is the raw material state of sulfur. Granular sulfur consists of small yellow particles that quickly disperse or break down in the soil. Its physical form is solid, and as expected, it has a sulfuric odor. The material is soft, easily crumbles, and is insoluble in water, although it does dissolve in some organic solvents such as carbon disulfide.
It is sulfur that has been taken from the refinery or extracted from the mine and has not been processed. Sulfur can be found in pure form in nature, as well as in combination with other elements. Granular Sulfur is the unprocessed commercial name of the element Sulfur, that is, sulfur with its well-known name. Due to its physical condition, Lamp is the general name used for Sulfur, which is also called chips. Granular sulfur in agriculture, due to the hardness of its structure, oxidation is impossible, it can be used by making it powdered or micronized by physical interventions. In addition, such products are also called Granular Sulfur due to the fact that Powdered or Liquid sulfur can be mixed with other components to make it granular.
Granulated sulphur is mainly used in the production of sulfuric acid, phosphorus fertilizers, plant protection chemicals, paper, food industry, agriculture, auto tires, explosives, chemicals and dyes, wastewater treatment, such as wastewater treatment also finds a wide range of uses and in the steel industry. Granulated sulphur is used in the manufacture of sulfuric acid, phosphate fertilizers and plant protection products, and in the steel industry.

Direction of Use:
It is used for making car batteries, fertilizer, oil refining, water processing, and mineral extraction. Other applications for sulfur-based chemicals include rubber vulcanization, bleaching paper, and product making such as cement, detergents, and pesticides. And some gunpowder.
Precautions :
Work in a well-ventilated area or use a fume hood to prevent the buildup of sulfur vapors, which can be harmful when inhaled. Fire Safety: Sulfur is flammable and can ignite easily, especially in powdered or molten form. Keep away from open flames, sparks, and heat sources.
Sulfur is abundantly available in plants, especially in their leaves. This element is responsible for producing protein in plant but the most important task of sulfur is contributing in creation of amino acid and consequently protein synthesis. This element is an important factor in making essential vitamins for plant metabolism.
Sulphur bentonite fertilizer is one of the most significant suppliers of uncommon and rare elements for agricultural and garden plants.
Sulfur is often transported in a molten state that is an amber- colored liquid. It is used in making Sulfuric Acid, rubbers, detergents, fungicides and fertilizers, and in petroleum refining.
