HH-Pineapple ceramic ball is a new product on the basis of ceramic ball with holes, which has the form of pineapple flower pattern.After the China Petroleum University repeated experimenation,testified the design requirements are able to fulfil our customer requirement ,and supplied by irreplaceable use value.As a new efficient supporting and covering material of catalyst,it has been widely used as supporting material at the reactor bottom in fertilizer,petrochemical,fine chemical,coalchemical,natural gas and environmental protection industries .
Product Properties
1) Shape:Boring a hole in the center of a ball and the embosseds which covering on the spherical surface are uniform distribution on both sides of the rib reinforcement.The embosseds total area covering on the spherical surface is make up 50% percent of the area of a sphere,and each embossed volume is make up 1% percent of the volume of a total volume.
2) Comparing with inert ceramic ball&ceramic ball with holes and high alumina ball at the same operation conditions, both the specific surface area and free volume for pineapple ball are increased a lot,decrease the resistance of the system, it can improve the distribution of vapor-liquid separation,protect the catalyst from shocking by rushing fluids.
