Our dried apricots allow the production of a product suitable for TS 485 in terms of their physical properties.

Boz �°c (Turkish meaning) is the most special pistachio nut that is obtained as a result of separating the first quality pistachios nut, which is called early harvest, from the shells of the first 15 days of August. This pistachio, which has the most beautiful shade of pistachio green, is unique to itself with its exquisite smell, aroma, and taste. Pistachios are mechanically shaken from the trees and are sent to processing mills to be hulled and dried.
