Cutter suction dredger is currently an extensively applied ship in beach dredging projects. Cutter suction dredger uses rotary reamers to loosen soil in the bottom of the river or sea, blends the soil with water and mud into slurry, then has the slurry sucked by a slurry sucking pipe to the pump and delivers the slurry to the slurry discharge area thousand meters away and achieves the dual purposes of dredging channels and land reclamation. During construction of such dredgers, it integrates dredging, mud conveying and mud unloading into a whole by itself and achieves rather high production efficiency.

The JLCSD-150 Cutter Suction Dredger of steel construction, non self-propelled, dismountable type, is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers, with similar conditions to that in navigation area “A” or below the “A”-line specified in code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P.R.China.
The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class ? specified in code for dredging engineering construction technique issued by Ministry of Water Resources(MWR) of P.R.China.
In the course of technical designing, we have considered special requirements for local tropical climate conditions such as meteorological and waters distributing state etc.
It’s hull consists of a main pontoon and two side pontoons, which is to be easy to dismantle or mount for transportation by road, rail or water, and is to be easy to reassemble at project site.The engines and dredge pump are located in the center pontoon,the 2 side pontoons serve as fuel bunkers,ballast tanks and storage tanks.
The dredger is powered by diesel engines. The main diesel engine is to drive the dredge pump, and in the free part of the engine, one set of power distributor is equipped, to supply power for all other equipments such as cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams etc.
The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view. All the operation buttons, swifts, indicators, gauges are equipped on the control desk. Only two operators can control all the dredger in the operation room.
The dredger is painted by 4 layers of marine paint to protect from the corrosion. The ZINC anode can be used to give better anti-corrosion function.

Our Dredger and desilting vessel are customized according to customer's requirements and construction conditions and environment. The work flow undefined first uses the winch arm rest two test cables and the anchor traction fixed to the two tests to fix the cutter suction dredger with the positioning post behind. The cutter is placed in the underwater mud layer (see figure 2) by operating room button control, the cutter head is rotated, the riverbed mud layer is cut and stirred (see figure 3) , and the mud-water mixture is pumped up through the suction pipe (see figure 5) through the suction pipe (see figure 4) , the mud-water mixture is piped (see figure 6) to the desilting site (see figure 7,8) for desilting.
