Kraft Liner & White Top Kraft Liner Graphic Board Kraft Liner is defined as one of the types of packaging paper or paperboard, whose fiber content has no less than 80% Virgin fibers obtained by the chemical sulfate or soda processes. Kraftliner is a cardboard with a minimal presence of secondary origin fibers in its structure. Universally, kraftliner composed entirely of kraft pulp, is commonly called topliner. In addition to the abovementioned types of two-layer corrugated fiberboard, there is one more type â?? testliner. Kraft paper is a strong, durable and reliable material that has many purposes and is widely used across many different industries. Some of the most common uses for kraft paper include wrapping individual products for protection, economical void fill, palette lining and more. White top kraftliner is a two-ply product. Top ply consists of pure bleached hardwood kraft fibres and the base ply is made of unbleached softwood kraft fibres. This grade offers excellent printability characteristics

We offer Kraft Paper from 16BF â?? 32BF (120 to 250 GSM). Our finished deckle size is 260 to 270cm. The manufacturing process is based on recycling of scrap paper both imported and domestic. Our products conform to RCT standards indicating the high quality and strength. And we maintain: GSM +/- 5% as per Tappi standard. 5 to 6% moisture to ensure more yield. Cobb 25 to 40 to ensure greater ply bonding and printability. The latest screening equipment ensures smooth and clear appearance of paper. Higher tear resistance to withstand the corrugation plant speed of 250mpm, even in 100 GSM paper. Zero moons cut & the joints are strong enough to withstand corrugation plant speed of 250mpm. No breakage of paper from start to end of the reel. Rigid core for reeling the paper ensures smooth running of paper in the corrugation machine. Sharp slitting and tight rewinding ensures good reel finish. Implementation of rigid quality control systems, to attain zero deviations in every process.
