1. We agree a price
2. When do you need them?
3. NCNDA
4. We can share more details, such as certificates pictures and videos, and company name
5. Ask for PO
6. SPA (Sales purchase agreement) + Escrow agreement (escrow nominated by buyer) however we can provide the escrow if needed
7. We will provide delivery or pick up schedule
8. Delivery to port
9. SGS inspection
10. Bill of lading issues (If CIF) (proof products have been loaded)
11. Escrow funds are released
