Hardwood Charcoal briquettes. This is a Green Fuel. Which is and can be used for Energy Generation, Cooking (Barbeque and Tandoor style foods) and burns clean so people using it don't suffer adverse effects of long-term exposure to toxic coal. Starting with hardwood sawdust free from any chemical or toxic binders, generated as a byproduct of saw-mills, we compress the same into wood briquettes. These are then converted into charcoal briquettes through the process of pyrolysis. The resultant charcoal briquette is a clean burning substitute for coal sourced from a mine or even imported in bulk and made available in the local market. While generic wood charcoal is also available in the market, our product has a few key advantages: Wood charcoal, is essentially chopped pieces of wood thrown into the kiln and put through the process of pyrolysis as is. Resulting in a crude facsimile of what should be a finished product without any further standardization. While our briquettes, formed by passing chopped and chipped and fine wood (sawdust) material through a screw press, based on shape and structure alone; are more stable, easier to store and handle, and burn for longer duration. The fact that this is a clean burning fuel also adds value in terms of Quality of Life in the kitchen areas where charcoal is consumed as a fuel for cooking. This would primarily include cuisine such as Barbecue. And the more traditional Tandoor.

We are one of the only fully integrated charcoal producers in the world. All our dense hardwood comes from our own 41, 545 hectare industrial forest concession. We process the hardwood to lump charcoal sizes in our own modern factory of 20, 000 sqm and then carbonise the wood in closed retort systems to over 500 celsius. After the charcoal is allowed to cool we then sort the charcoal into sizes suitable for packaging as blackwood hardwood lump charcoal and all the smaller pieces and charcoal fines go to be processed in our 3 tph briquetting line. Both our hardwood lump charcoal and hardwood charcoal briquettes are of very high consistent quality due to our production methods and quality control systems. As well as producing our blackwood packaged and branded charcoal we are also happy to produce for you as oem/white label solution.
