The term salt that we know every day is basically the mineral of NaCl which is obtained from the evaporation of sea water or from mining products. The quality of sea water will greatly determine the quality of the salt that will be produced. Sea water contains many dissolved substances that are difficult to evaporate, which means the evaporation process is very slow. Sea water quality is also influenced by the presence of rain, the nature of sea water tides, proximity to river estuaries or industry. We use Salt Tunnel System with Multilevel Crystallization; this method is necessary to control the concentration of sea water in the salt ponds using a Baume meter (Be) Salt Portfolio - Coarse Sea Salt - Natural sea salt - Refined Iodized salt/Table Salt - Natural Pure Rock Sea Salt (3 cycle Natural Sea Salt will get 1 - Natural Pure Rock Sea Salt) Lead time for one cycle salt process from entering sea water to sea salt (NaCl) is about 30-45 days for Natural Sea Salt and Refined Iodized. Lead time for Natural Crystal Sea Salt about 90 â?? 140 days. Coarse Sea Salt use different method, its using membrane system, dried on open pond. It has shorter lead time, is about 15-20 days. Incoterm: Ex-work Price: - Coarse Sea Salt Grade A $ 2.000/ton (two thousand dollars)/ton, Grade B $ 1.875 (one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five dollars)/ton and Grade C 1.750 (one thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars)/ton - Natural Sea Salt $ 2.187,5 (two thousand one hundred and eighty-seven point five dollars)/ton - Refined Iodized salt/Table Salt $ 2.000 (two thousand dollars)/ton - Natural Pure Rock Sea Salt $ 6.250 (eight thousand two hundred and fifty dollars)/ton Incoterm: Ex-work Term of Payment: 50% DP T/T and 50% T/T Closing Container MoQ: 1 x Fourty-foot container Ready for sample and visit to factory Capacity: 20 tons/month Are you ready to elevate your sea salt experience?
The purest salt is Himalayan salt, which has neither chemicals nor poisons in it. It has roughly 84 minerals that, because of their small molecular size, the body may easily absorb.Dust, pollen, smoking, and other impurities that could raise the risk of respiratory issues are being eliminated using Himalayan salt lamps. Due to its health advantages, Himalayan pink salt is utilised as a table salt substitute. Depending on its intended function, himalayan salt can be utilised in several ways: In the kitchen As a condiment Food preservation
Himalayan salt is mined from the Salt Range mountains, the southern edge of a fold-and-thrust belt that underlies the Pothohar Plateau south of the Himalayas in Pakistan. Himalayan salt comes from a thick layer of Ediacaran to early Cambrian evaporites of the Salt Range Formation. This geological formation consists of crystalline halite intercalated with potash salts, overlain by gypsiferous marl and inter-layered with beds of gypsum and dolomite with infrequent seams of oil shale that accumulated between 600 and 540 million years ago. These strata and the overlying Cambrian to Eocene sedimentary rocks were thrust southward over younger sedimentary rocks, and eroded to create the Salt Range. The salt, which often has a pinkish tint due to trace minerals, is primarily used as a food additive to replace refined table salt but is also used for cooking and food presentation, decorative lamps and spa treatments. Himalayan salt is a table salt. Analysis of a range of Khewra salt samples showed them to be between 96% and 99% sodium chloride, with trace presence of calcium, iron, zinc, chromium, magnesium, and sulphate, all at varying safe levels below 1%.
