The primary purpose of the product is to increase the abrasion resistance of sized warp yarn. Wax and tallow base softeners and lubricants are hydrophobic in nature. Angelube-CE100 contains 100% hydrophilic heads. Its provides penetrating power and also cold water soluble. Its easy biodegradable and not affect the binding property of the size mix. When use tallow and wax in storage it wont spread out evenly in size mix. It causes formation of uneven film property in yarn. This is the main reason for the weaving efficiency fluctuation. Not like that Angelube-CE100 has fully emulsifying property and its act as excellent leveling agent. It provides even film property to whole size mix. It directly reduce warp breakages and improve productivity in fabric formation.

Storage
NPS(SPS) is not combustible but assists combustion materials due to release of oxygen.Provided it is stored under appropriate condition.It must be stored dry in closed containers and protected from direct sunlight,heat and humidity.Impurities such as dirt,rust or traces of metal and reductants may cause catalytic decomposition.The product as supplied or in solution needs to be handled with appropriate care.The eye,skin and clothes must be protected when working with NPS(SPS) as damp powder or aqueous solution has a bleaching and slightly corroding effect.
