Quality Control and Pre-shipment Inspection
Quality is maintained by vigorous inspection that aims to maintain the thickness and have bare
minimum core gaps to give good strength to plywood sheet
Packing and Standard Weight
The plywood sheets are are placed in 40 footer containers. The weight of plywood depends on
thickness of plywood and size
Example:- A 8x4 15 mm thickness would weigh approximately:- 32 kilograms. A 40 footer can take
approximately 23-26tonns of max load
