EP2 Grease is premium quality lithium based greases containing Extreme Pressure additives which confer excellent shear stability and high load carrying ability. These are suitable for situations dictating the use of extreme pressure grease, particularly, those subjected to shock loads. EP 2 is recommended for multipurpose applications in anti friction and plain bearings, bushings and pins under normal operating conditions. It provide excellent protection against rust and corrosion and resist water wash-out which makes them particularly suitable for equipment where moist or wet conditions are common. It has drop point of 190 Deg C and penetration ranging from 265 to 295. It has 4 ball load carrying capacity upto 250. -
Grease Specifications: This product is made from composite metal soap thickening refined mineral oil, adding extreme pressure and anti-wear additive, anti-rust additive and anti-oxygen additive, etc. to the mineral oil. The lubricating grease has long service life at high temperature. Grease properties: Excellent high and low temperature performance, extreme pressure anti-wear property, water resistance, anti-rust property, mechanical stability and colloid stability. Grease Application: 1) Suitable for lubrication of friction parts of wheel bearings, chassis, motor pumps etc. of vehicles such as saloon cars, motor-buses and heavy load trucks under high speed, heavy load and other harsh conditions. Mos2 grease is made from 12-hydroxy stearic acid lithium soap thickening deeply refined mineral base oil, adding anti-oxygen additive, antirust additive and molybdenum disulfide anti-wear additive to the base oil, and being subject to special process. Molykote Grease properties: Excellent extreme pressure anti-wear property, so that abrasion of the mechanical friction part is reduced effectively. The friction coefficient of the friction pair can be decreased, and the frictional resistance can be reduced. Outstanding mechanical stability and oxidation stability, so that longer grease changing cycle can be ensured. Molykote Grease Application: 1.This grease is suitable for high temperature and heavy-load equipment in metallurgical industry. 2.Also applied other devices in printing and dyeing industry, high capacity motor, kiln car and hot oil pump. 3.Application temperature range:-20°C to 120°C. -
