Quality Parameters Finished Frozen Sweet Corn Kernels should be tender, juicy, sweet (minimum TSS 11º Brix), uniform size, golden yellow color and characteristic to variety. The Kernels should be free from any foreign material, insect damage, discoloration, shriveling, off flavor, severe damage, fiber extracts etc. Tolerance Defective Kernels : Maximum 2% Microbiological Standards Total Plate Count (TPC) : Max. 60,000 per gm Yeast & Mould Count : Max. 100/gram E.coli : Absent Caulifoam : Less than 100/gm Salmonella : Absent Packaging Product is available in bulk pack of 30 kg food grade HDPE woven bags.
