Natural Concentrated Latex HA/LA/MA 60% DRC
The natural latex rubber manufacturing process begins with harvesting latex from rubber trees. Harvesting latex from rubber trees starts with scoring or cutting into the bark of the tree. Latex flows into a cup attached to the bottom of the cut in the tree. The latex material from many trees is accumulated in large tanks.
Natural Rubber Latex 60% DRC HA is used in manufacture of dipped products such as household, medical, surgical and industrial
gloves; latex thread and tape, toys, condoms, balloons , medical tubing and other molded thin-walled rubber items.
Latex can be produce with specifications following customers' requirement.

Latex is a sticky, milky colloid drawn off by making incisions in the bark of the Par rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) and collecting the fluid in vessels in a process called tapping. The latex then is refined into rubber ready for commercial processing.
In major areas, latex is allowed to coagulate in the collection cup. Concentrated Latex is derived from Field Latex and is processed using centrifuge methods. It contains 60% Dry Rubber Content (DRC). There are two main types of Concentrated Latex available in the market: High Ammonia or Standard Ammonia Concentrate (HA Latex) and Low Ammonia Concentrate (LATZ).

Working Principle:
The creper consists of a pair of rollers with diamond grooves, rack and transmission system. By the relative movement of the front&back rollers, the machine presses and flattens the raw material, dewatering the rubber and removing the impurities. Due to the different speeds of the two rollers, the raw material is pressed to crepe sheets with honey comb surface. Moreover, substituting for manpower, the use of circulating conveyor to the machine reduces the labor intensity and improves the working efficiency. The machine is very easy to operate with the features of compact structure, high efficiency, low noise and low power consumption etc.
Function:
The machine is used for washing, creping,dewatering, removing the impurities, which not only could use several machine in a crepe sheet production line, but also could use the single machine in the rubber collection station.
