Nylon 6 semi-dulling chip has stable quality, relatively even distribution of MW, superior insulating performance, good alkali resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. It is mainly used in high-speed spinning of nylon filament. Nylon filament, featured by high breaking strength, low specific gravity, good elasticity and dyeing property, is suitable for socks, underwear, shirts, sweatshirts, ski jacket and raincoat. High performance nylon 6 semi-dulling chip of high speed spinning grade, due to the special additives during polymerization, has better spinnability and dyeing uniformity than common semi-dulling chip, especially suitable for FDY, fine denier DTY and Hoy.

Nylon 66 is made of hexamethylenediamine and adipic acid are combined with water in a reactor which gives nylon salt after the polymerization process nylon 66 is produced. They are used for manufacturing textile grade yarns as well as industrial products. Available luster is Bright & Semi Dull.
