Introduction of Pet Bottle Flakes
Pet Bottle Flakes are obtained post-consumer from recycled PET bottles. It is a light-weight, high-strength plastic material. Pet Bottle Flakes is blow moulded, injection moulded and extruded to produce bottles, films and injection moulded parts.

Used PET bottles will be recycled through physical recycling methods. It produces small pieces of regular size and consistent shape, namely recycled Pet Bottle Flakes , through recycling processes such as crushing, removing labels, removing impurities, washing, and drying.
Application of Pet Bottle Flakes
PET bottle flakes are mainly used in the textile industry, such as polyester staple fiber, the production of carpets, wadding cotton, non-woven fabrics, etc. Other cases like regenerated silk, which is used to produce high-end textile materials, such as blankets, sofas, curtains, clothing, etc.
At the same time, it is also used in the modified plastics industry, such as alloys, high-barrier materials, glass fiber reinforced materials, etc., which are used to make household appliances, automobiles, computers and other parts.
We produced different qualities in terms of Pet flake size and colors however the product standards are ensured as per international parameters of end use of the Pet Bottle Flakes.
Currently we are enganged in recyling Pet bottles to make Pet flakes. We have collection center in different locations of Bangladesh for collecting PET bottles. After collection, all the bottles are sorted and the lables are removed in our own factory. It is then crushed and washed properly by a team of highly skilled trained professionals to obtain the best quality .It is then tested in our own advanced laboratory for further inspection of quality of the product.After the quality is confirmed it is then packed in plastic bags of 25kg/ 50kg.

End use of Bottle grade chips mainly depends on the Intrinsic Viscosity (IV). PET Chips with IV 0.80 is mainly used for drinking water bottles and mineral water bottles. PET Chips with IV 0.82 is mainly used in making bottles for carbonated beverages, small bottle for edible oil, alcohol, medicines and pet sheets as they need better quality and high finished product rate. PET Chips with IV of 0.85 are mainly used for making huge packing bottles for carbonated beverages and 3-5 gallons water bottles as these bottles should to have great strength and resistance against high pressure.
