Assortment and packaging: - Flat ingots (strips 15 - 40 mm
thick; 300, 600 mm wide; up to 1500 mm long, packaged in
1 ton; - Ingots may be cut into templates of 3-5 kg, in plastic
bags, packed in plastic or metal boxes of 40-50 kg; - Bars - a
square of 50 mm.
High purity copper ingot is a very special metal for us, as our activities encompass all aspects of the copper business, ranging from mining through smelting to fabricating. The tables below show analytical results of impurities in the worldâ??s purest copper (6N: 99.9999%Cu). This analysis was conducted by Glow-Discharge Mass Spectrometry (GDMS), which allows microanalysis of all elements. The result indicates the ultra-purity of the copper, proving that the quantities of all elements other than copper are below the detection limit. It is well known that ultra-high-purity metals possess very unique natures sharply different from those of ordinary metals.
High purity copper ingot as adding elements can be directly applied in aviation, space atomic industrial super alloy, and the development of new alloy, as well as the analysis of the standard sample. It can also be through mechanical processing preparation into high purity copper foil shielding materials for atomic reactor.
