TDF Flange Forming Machine,also called Comifo TDF flange former, duct flange and flange forming machine.
There are mainly two kinds of flange systems of duct connection. American standard and European standard, which is TDF flange recommended by SMACNA association and TTF/LT mate flange as well as improved GDF flange recommended by British Refrigeration Association. Comifo knows flange structure very well, and quite familiar with the standards of duct pressure test and leakage test, including SMACNA, DW144/142, GB50243-97 standards. Comifo flange forming machine can satisfy different requirements in different markets.
Comifo flange machine adopts heavy duty underpan, arc welding frame, high grade motor, high precision bearing, thermal refined and grinded roll shafts. Its reliable transmission system is free of maintenance. The surface panels have been spray painted.

TDF flange is well seal and low cost, suitable for small size duct connection. Different models with different flange height of 20mm, 34mm or 40mm. One side forms TDF flange and the other forms Clip, 16 forming stations produce an integral flange while another 9 forming stations produce clip. With compact design, this machine can be taken to construction site easily. It is especially suitable for east Asia, Australia and American market.

Duct Manufacture Auto Line PRO consists of Motorized Decoiler, Straightening, Beading, Cross-tie Hole Punching, Punching Square, Notching, Flange Hole Punching, Shearing, Patented Automotion Pittsburgh Lock Forming (Shearing, Pittsburgh Lock, Right Angle Lock in one time), Duplex TDF Flange Forming, Duplex Right Angle Lock Forming (For Angle Iron), C/S Cleat Flange Forming, Coil Conveyor and TDF Folding. PLC controlled, touch screen operation. It can process different ducting of "L", and "å?£" shape. 7-ton capacity of motorized decoiler, 4-ton, 8-ton or 10-ton is optional.
The world's new designed hvac duct manufacturing machines are now available since Comifo designed the Duct Auto Line, which can be put in a 20GP container. It is small enough to fit small workshop or be taken to the construction site. Only 1 operator is required, daily production can reach 2000ã?¡.
With coil conveyer the length of coil conveyer is 4000mm , which limits single sheet metal plate of the duct may not longer than 4000mm. Without coil conveyer no limitation for the duct size.

There are two kinds of spiral tube forming machines. Forming heads required and forming heads not required.
Spiral tube forming machine processes round duct of maximum diameter up to 1400mm. With strong seal, flexible, It can be adjusted to make ducts with different diameters by changing different forming strips.
Comifo designed and produce fire damper auto lines since 2006. A fire damper frame auto line, fire damper blade auto line, fastening table and other fabricating moulds and machines can achieve high production fire damper production.
Comifo developed the first PLC-controlled auto line for fire damper frame. It consists of decoiler, straightening, grooving,notching, roll forming machine as well as folding machine. It is suitable for different size damper manufacture. Maximum speed is 13m/min. With this machine you can have a fully automatic damper workshop, which reduces the labor cost greatly.
The Fire damper frame manufacture auto line can fabricate two kinds of frames, newly designed hand fold integrated frame and TDF corner fastened frame. Two kinds of frames to be fabricated in one machine, reaching different requirements with no doubt.
