PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% Performance Bond to be issued by Seller to Buyer on issue of DLC. DELIVERY CONDITIONS (INCOTERMS): FOB INDIA or CIF AWSP Buyer choice PACKAGING: Bulk. Shipments are initiated 30 days after confirmed DLC. PROCEDURES: 1. Seller issues FCO. 2. Buyer signs FCO on acceptance and submits ICPO / LOI. 3. Buyer returns signed and stamped FCO. 4. Seller issues Contract with full banking details. 5. Buyer and Seller sign and exchange contracts. 6. Seller provides Proof of Product &/or Buyer conducts a site Visit to verify goods and local conditions. 7. Buyer's Bank opens Letter of Credit. 8. Shipment commences as per contract.

Chrome Concentrate 38-44% (38-40% / 40-42% / 42-44%) We currently hold Proxy's with over 20 South African Mines and their associated companies and operations. Aggregated, this translates to a monthly allocation across all three of the following commodities - Chrome ROM/Concentrate, Iron Ore and Manganese Ore. We can supply these products on the following basis FOT, DAP, FOB, CFR and CIF. We also have payment terms to suit various payment methods and supply a 2% performance bond in favour of the Buyer.
