Crude soybean oil is obtained when soybeans are processed for the production of protein products.
This oil is very important because of the high content of linoleic acid it has, an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid, as well as other valuable ingredients it contains such as phytosterols, tocopherols (antioxidants) and fat-soluble vitamins which are very important for the body.

Crude soybean oil is mostly used in the form of manufacturing vegetable oils and vegetable fats in human nutrition, after precise refining and hydrogenation.
