Warranty Terms
1. Under the warranty terms, if the LED high bay light break down under normal usage within warranty period, VS Lighting will provide free maintenance, service based on the proof-documents and invoice (copy) of failure LED high bay light.
2. VS lighting will not provide paid maintenance service under following conditions even within warranty.
3. Please deliver the failure LED high bay light by original packing for maintenance service; VS Lighting will not be responsible for any failure or damage by transportation if customer use non-original packing or improper packing
4. VS lighting reserves the right for final explanation of aforesaid terms.
Cautions: VS lighting will not be responsible for any other failure or damage by incorrectly usage.
