PPR pipe introduction:
We designs and develops PPR pipe production line and gas pipe production line by itself. Plastic Pipes that are produced by this line have excellent stiffness, energy-saving insulation and non-toxic, health performance so on. It has become the first choice for the hot/cold water pipe.
Technical Introduction
Firstly, put PP-R material and other assistant material into the mixer and mixing the material symmetrically, then feed into the hopper, at the same time heat extruder and keep the temperature, and the material is melt and plasticizing by extruder, then extruded by die and head and goes into vacuum calibrating device, and cooling and calibrating, then draw-off by haul-off machine, then printing word by ink jet printer, then put into automatic cuter to finish the automatic cut according to pre-establishing length and stacking into the shelf. And the eligible product is packed and put into storeroom, and inferior product is crushed and recycled.
This pipe extrusion line mainly includes single screw extruder, molds, vacuum calibrating water tank, spray water cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine (or winder) and overturning bracket.
