Quality of processing: the surface of the floorboard must be smooth, no burls, no lack of dimension, no lack of tongue or groove. The tip of the tongue or groove must be perpendicular with the board side.
Grade a:
(free from any defects): no oil spot, no crack, no twisting, no knots, no blue stains, no sapwood, no center heart, no pin holes/worm holes
Grade b:
Accept some small defects: small healthy knot below 10mm in diameter and limited quantity, small crack, pin/worm holes buts no sapwood and center heart.
For the wood floor and wall board, there are three series:
1. Natural series(cedar wood floor and wall board) : made of cedar,the density of cedar wood is very strong,it is smooth, hard, not liable to warp or corrode.
2. Health series (Hinoki wood floor and wall board): made of Japanese cypress, the advantage of cypress is not liable to warp or corrode, cypress is also good for human health.
1) Visual Effects: there are natural concave-convex on the surface of cypress, it can make the sunlight more soft.
2) Hearing Effects: Cypress can regulate high,alto and low pitch, so many music instruments can be made by cypress.
3) Smell Effects: Cypress is perfumed, it can improve the quality of sleep, so it can relief from fatigue well.
4) Feeling Effects:Cypress has excellent insulation,it can reduce static electricity in dry season,it can provide us a healthy environment for our surface.
