Our Cutlass bearings are precisely designed and manufactured by adept professionals, using finest grade synthetic rubber, rubber compounds, ferrous & non ferrous metals.
We conduct physical & chemical test of raw materials (rubber & metal), before manufacture and prior to shipping each bearing is subject to 100% inspection procedure for dimensional accuracy and finish.
Testing and quality control is conducted at our lab equipped for tensile testing, elongation testing, abrasion testing, friction testing, swelling testing and also dimension checking equipment and gauges.

Self-lubricated bearing uses the strong cast bronze as the base material, and implants special solid lubrication in a certain proportion to form a layer of solid lubricating film when used. This materical structure enjoys both the high bearing capacity of metal and the lubricating property of non-metal, which results in its application in places where fueling is difficult to be carried out or oil film is difficult to form, such as the situation of high bearing, hign temperature and low speed.
