To develop Antibacterial/Odour free/Hygienic Under Garments, Vest, Towels, Bedsheets, Upholstery using Antibacterial AntiViral Agent in the form of Nano Silver Colloidal Solution. Application of Antimicrobial to Textiles: We have done extensive research on making textiles antibacterial in last three years and developed the antimicrobial product based on nano silver colloidal solution. The antimicrobial can be applied on garments by using simple method based on Dip-Hydro extraction-Dry for garments, Pad-Dry for textile fabrics, Spray-Dry for carpets etc., at final finishing stage. Introduction: The antibacterial activity of silver has been known since ancient times. The King of Persia during war used silver container for boiled water storage. Silver is still used as a disinfectant for swimming pool. In case of nano silver, the antimicrobial agent contains nano silver particles that get rid of bacteria by killing them in warm and humid conditions. The silver largely depends on killing the bacteria by oxidation. This is the reason the bacteria cannot get immune to the silver. The textile treated with nano silver agent will have antibacterial, antifungal, antivirus, odour free properties. The bacteria and fungi, which can be found almost everywhere, are able to quickly multiply, depending on the moisture, nutrients and temperature levels. Dirt, dust & sweat act as food for bacteria. Some bacteria populations may double every 20-30 min under ideal conditions (36-40°C, pH 5-9), meaning that one single bacteria cell can increase to 1,048,576 cells in just 7 hrs. The Nano Silver Finish is effectively used in clothing which can be ridden with bacteria and fungi after getting drenched in sweat. With nano silver antimicrobial finish, the garments smell fresh and deter the growth of bacteria responsible for the unpleasant odour. Also the textiles which are less frequently washed like denim and home textile, become the home of bacteria because of dirt/dust present, acting as nutrient for bacteria to grow in millions. Therefore, all the textile materials which are subjected to sweat, dirt and dust and are not washed frequently, needs antibacterial characteristics to prevent user from pathogenic disease like various skin infections, pneumonia, common cold etc.
About Meltblown Nonwove Melt blown is a one step process to make fabrics from polymer. The thermoplastics chips are fed through main dosing units & these chips are melted by means of the extruder. This extruder then extrudes the melt, which is then filtered & metered at a constant rate. This filament comes out from a single raw of spinneret orifice. It has a self bonding property but for coagulation & for better random laying hot air flow is provided. The web generated is immediately passes among the Spunbond webs followed by pre-bonding rolls & finally through calendar for thermal bonding. The main purpose of melt blown fabric is to provide barrier property for the liquid. Sometimes the treatment like antistatic or hydrophilic are given to the fabrics & after drying the fabrics are wound in the winder as a roll form. Unique characteristics such as water repellence or permeability or UV stability can be obtained by incorporating additives to the raw materials or applying different agents to the fabric. Characteristics of Meltblown fabrics are: The main desired characteristics expected for melt blown nonwoven fabrics are: Adjustable Pores And Capillary Structure Excellent barrier properties Filament size 1 -3 µm High Elasticity High Filtration capability Isotropic formation- this means that the fibers are randomly distributed in the machine direction (MD) and cross-machine direction (CD). Large Area-to-weight ratio Self-bonding The weight of the melt-blown fabrics in gram per square meter (GSM) should range from 4 g/m2 to over 1000 g/m2. Very good thermal insulation for apparel application Weak tensile properties Wicking Properties Application of spun-bond nonwoven fabrics: Sanitary and Hygiene: Sanitary napkins, Baby diapers and Incontinence diapers Medical and Surgical: Gowns, Face masks, Caps, Drapes, etc Other Miscellaneous Applications: Filtration Material, Agriculture, Oilsorbents Hot-melt adhesives Headliners, etc

The HS B-TECH 200 is a dark coloring resin which increases the darkening effect and the clearness of the black dyed materials of polyester or mixed spinning goods when treated with after finish process. Excellent deepening color effect shall be able to be acquired when the materials are treated with the HS B-TECH 200 during the first process and with the EBONY-BLACK during the second process. The B-TECH 200 is after finish process special resin finish agent for black dyed materials of polyester, etc. and it gives the depth and clearness of the product. In order to achieve the best quality of the HS B-TECH 200, the dry process must be progressed withequality, and this process shall also bring excellent dark coloring effect. The B-TECH 200 must always be used during the first process, and the EBONY-BLACK during the second process in order to achieve excellent deep color effect. lt is alright to use the B-TECH 200 and the EBONY-BLACK at the same time for light color products, but the darkness of the color shall decrease. There is almost no color fade caused by washing or dry cleaning.

When water is used for scouring, bleaching, dyeing, and/or finishing, it contains excessive amount of impurities and/or heavy metal ions, so it harms the dyed cloth. The DR-100 is a sequestering agent that softens hard water. It is especially efficient for sequencing Fe, Ca, Mg, etc within alkali and for preventing re-adhesion. The HS DR-100 works to disperse cotton gas and calcium salts. The HS DR-100 also works effectively to prevent adhesion of sodium silicate and the machinery scale. The HS DR-100 does not have any harmful effects against metallic dyeing. Also, it is fine to hydrolyze it in both acid and alkali baths. The HS DR-100 prevents emulsion, dispersing, and re-attachment of the oligomer and shields troubles which may be caused by scale and stain when doing Polyester weight loss treatment. The HS DR-100 prevents pre-hardening, which improves the deduction of the fabrics. The HS DR-100 prevents dyes from discolorations, improves the fastness when soaping, and performs greatly to prevent re-adhesion.
