How to dye the blend fox yarn, mixed dyeing or separetly?
It is a good question, example of our 80% fox fibre with 20% wool fibre in khaki color. Our textile workers will dye the two kinds of fibres separately in different dyeing lots, after the fibres with fine khaki color,they will be mixed together to achieve colour and fibre in harmony.
How to produce a blended yarn fox?
Short as below:
Collecting and selecting the hair-> wash and comb-> Ginning -> Blow room->Carding->Draw frame->Combing->Roving->Ring frame
Our meticulous yarn technicians proceed different fibres separately from selecting to washing, and combing. Then dye them separately in different dyeing lots, after the fibres with fine khaki color,they will be mixed together into the mixing fibre machines to let them embrace each other happily, then proceed the step of carding and spinning, the finished blended fox yarn is created now.all the steps will need 30 days to finish with strict quality control.
