DETAILS INTRODUCTION:
PVC pipe material production line is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc. as well as PVC pipe material of all sorts of pipe caliber and wall thickness.
This machine group consists mainly of twin conical (parallel) screws extruder, vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, tilter, etc. single screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported A/C inverter, both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products.
The drawing machine includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type, etc. Saw cutting or planet cutting can be applied, it is additionally applied with length measuring meter and thickness increasing device, the property of machine group is reliable, the production efficiency is high.

This PVC pipe extrusion line is mainly used to produce agricultural water supply/drainage pipes, architectural water supply/drainage pipes, cable laying pipes etc. This unit adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC powder, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.
This unit consists of : Conical twin screw extruder, pipe die head, vacuum calibrating tank, water spraying tank, haul off machine, cutting machine, and stacker etc.
Features:
1.Conical twin screw extruder:
using the high efficient conical twin screws, specially designed for PVC power to ensure uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality pipe extrusion.
2.Mould:
spiral type die head can not only ensure high speed extrusion, but also avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality pipes. There is heating control system inside of the mould, high efficient, easy to extrude. Bronze calibrators can make the pipes fast calibrated and cooled.
3.Spraying and cooling tanks:
Rapid vacuum calibrating system allows the hot extruded pipes to be cooled in a very short time and obtain the final pipe diameter. Automatic temperature control system, pressure regulator, and vacuum control valve greatly enhance the pipe sizing and cooling performance as well as the production speed.
4. Haul off machine:
adopts caterpillar type, which includes two-claw types, three-claw types, four-claw types, six-claw types, eight -claw types, ten-claw types, twelve-claw types etc, suitable for different sizes of pipes. Haul off caterpillar blocks are made of abrasion resistant rubber material, which can make a high and stable hauling speed.
5. Cutting machine:
precision machine cutter is able to make flat, straight cuts into pipes at high speed. A powerful suction device gathers up waste scraps after cutting, thereby making it easier for users to clean the cutter.
6.Pipe belling machine:
automatic pipe belling machine comes with 2 heating ovens to ensure pipe belling quality and productivity., it has R type, U type etc.
TRM-500 is designed to make twisted paper ropes are widely used to make handle for shopping bags. Rope made from the machine can be of different diameters as per the requirement. Itâ??s a high speed and high production twisted paper rope manufacturing machine. Fully automatic and require less manpower to operate. Paper roll of desired width is put at one end and at the other end e-winded twisted rope is made.
RHM-1000 twisted rope handle making machine is a high-speed paper handle making machine. Itâ??s fully automatic and operator friendly machine, wherein, twisted rope & paper are pasted together to form a handle. 2 rolls of paper and a bundle of twisted rope are fed into the paper handle making machine. Rope is pasted between 2 paper rolls and then cut at suitable length. Gluing and cutting are done within the machine and final twisted rope paper handles are delivered at the conveyor Long conveyors are provided as an option.
Paper rope rewinding machine or rope rewinder is a robust machine which is used to rewind twisted paper rope rolls into bigger rolls. Smaller twisted paper rolls are rewinded using this machine, spliced with other rolls and then again rewinded on to a bigger rope roll. There is a great advantage in rewinding to a bigger twisted rope roll as with the bigger roll, there will be fewer stoppages of either automatic paper bag making machine or automatic paper rope handle machine where twisted ropes are used continuously.
