Sodium chlorate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula NaClO3. It is a white crystalline powder that is readily soluble in water. It is hygroscopic. It decomposes above 300 C to release oxygen and leaves sodium chloride. Several hundred million tons are produced annually, mainly for applications in bleaching pulp to produce high brightness paper. The main commercial use for sodium chlorate is for making chlorine dioxide (ClO2). The largest application of ClO2, which accounts for about 95% of the use of chlorate, is in bleaching of pulp. All other, less important chlorates are derived from sodium chlorate, usually by salt metathesis with the corresponding chloride. All perchlorate compounds are produced industrially by the oxidation of solutions of sodium chlorate by electrolysis.
Calcium fluoride is widely used in industry and beyond. This chemical compound is mostly fit for the production of hydrogen fluoride, which is used for example in glass etching and yeast production. It is also a valuable raw material used in the production filters and optical glasses, anti-reflection coatings, cosmetics, (calcium) nitrogenous fertilisers used in agriculture, dental preparations and varnishes. With our double storage warehouses in Port Harcourt and Lagos we are positioned to supply 1000-5000MT of this product monthly.
Iodophor Ingredients: Iodine, dimethyl dodecyl amine oxide, quaternary ammonium salt, non-ionic surfactant, etc. Raw Material Assay: Iodine 5% The common name of the preparations: Iodine trioxide Administration & Dosage of the Preparations: Iodine 3%. Characterization Appearance and usage Reddish brown sticky liquid; its aqueous solution is acidic, foams produce when shaken. It is easily soluble in water or ethanol. It can be dissociated into cationic active species with reactive oxygen and active iodine in the aqueous solution, which has cleaning function. Pharmacological effects It is the complex compound of four alkyl amine reactive oxygen species and iodine, added the special synergist. It is stable and has no impurity. Precautions The preparations wrappers: should be fitted with brand new dark PET/HDPE with plastic inner lid. The Process of making preparations: when you fill the dilution into the container, the foam will be produced. Therefore, the self-priming filling machine is not appropriate. Please be attention the requirement of the preparation's pH value. The requirement of water quality: deionized water would be best. Don't make it with the high hardness tap-water and alkaline water.
The nonionic surfactant of nonyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether was synthesized by condensation reaction of nonylphenol and ethylene oxide under the action of catalyst. There are various kinds of hydrophilic equilibrium value (HLB value). This product has a wide application in detergent/printing/dyeing/chemical. This product has good osmotic/emulsifying/dispersing/anti-acid/anti-alkali/resistance to hard water/resistance to reduction/oxidation resistance. This series of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether can be widely used as W/O emulsifier or O/W emulsifier, dispersant, is the main raw material of synthetic detergent. It is widely used in industrial cleaning, textile printing and dyeing, paper making, leather chemical industry, chemical fiber oil agent, oil field additives, pesticides, emulsion polymerization and other industrial fields. Tx-10 can be used as a compound monomer of chemical fiber oil, used in the textile printing and dyeing industry as a bleaching, refining, dyeing process of the diffusion agent, leveling agent, oil field wetting agent, foaming agent, mud active treatment agent. Metal processing, machinery, chemical, pesticide, rubber and other industries as emulsifier, cleaning agent
Bisphenol A is an organic synthetic compound with the chemical formula (CH)C(CHOH) belonging to the group of diphenylmethane derivatives and bisphenols, with two hydroxyphenyl groups. It is a colorless solid that is soluble in organic solvents, but poorly soluble in water.
