Precure Tread Press has a H-frame structure that offers unsurpassed structural strength. It is designed to withstand high press indefinitely. The result of the curing tread will have even thickness throughout the whole tread, which is one of the key factor determining the quality of the tread.
Differ than common C or G-frame structure, the H-frame structural intergrity allows 1150MT maximum pressure for the manufacturing of the precure tread. The conventional C-frame structure offers less structural strength, the top frame will crack or show signs of cracking over time and resulting in unevenly cured precure tread with lop-sided thickness.
Besides, Acten Precure Tread Press features auto bumping capabilities to release traped air during the curing process. This differ greatly from the bumping action of the normal C-press. The auto bumping of Acten Press will not lift the rubber away from the sipes completely and thus preserving the mould.
Acten Press also featuring user friendly quick load and unload device which is time-saving. Acten Precure Tread Press is well known for its design, advanced features and superior performance. The tread sanding line prepares the cured precure tread for shipment readiness. The process involves buffing the precure tread to the desired texture, cementing the buffed surface and packing to form a compact roll backed with plastic sheet pretection. Acten machines are designed for simple operation with many user friendly features. Extensive training is not required to operate the very efficient Acten's tread sanding line.
