Ultra clear glass is low iron glass with high light transmittance. It is high grade, multifunctional, new type glass, and generally its light transmittance is higher than 91%. It is crystal clear and is crowned as crystal prince of glass family. With its crystal clear appearance, Jinjing ultra clear glass has become a highlight in world architectural industry. It not only brings benefit on energy saving and environment protection aspect, but also has modern fashionable style, and can arouse designers creation and inspiration. 1. Plywood crate or wooden case, end cape . 2. Interlayer between glass :paper, mould-proof powder, cork pad 3. Use iron packing belt to ensure perfect closing of the case 4. Suitable for long distance ocean transport.
JHG tinted glass is produced by metal oxides to the float glass. The colour may be transferred in the series of blue, green, grey, bronze flexibly. The performance of visible light, privacy and solar heat transmission will be changed arrording the colour change. Different tinted glass offers varied application possibility-from interior partitions, to home appliance, to furniture, to facades and auto field. Reflective glass is float glass with a metallic coating that cuts off solar heat. The coating film may provide mirror effect, preventing visibility from outside and preserving privacy. JHG mainly offer 2 kinds of reflective glass. Hard reflective glass (on line) includes blue, green, grey, bronze, pink, silver colour, Soft reflective glass (off line) includes golden, silver, purple colur. Ultra clear float glass also called low iron float glass, is produced by less amount of iron in the molten glass formula(usually from 90-110ppm). This type is more transparent than regular glass and it doesn\'t have that greenish tint. The less iron content can increase the light transparency. ultra clear glass is the best choice for architects and designers when need color-matching. It is processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass, about four times stronger than annealed, glass. When broken, tempered glass fractures into small, relatively harmless pieces, it is widen used for window, door, railing, furniture, vehicle.
Toughened glass is a safety glass that has undergone processes of controlled thermal treatment to increase its strength. Also known as 'Tempered glass', toughened glass is made from annealed glass that has been heated to approximately 650â?°C and then rapidly cooled, making it four times stronger than ordinary glass. Due to the increased heat treatment and rapid cooling of the glass, the treatment produces different physical properties. This results in compressive stress on the surface and improved bending strength of the glass. Before toughening, the glass must be cut to the correct size or pressed to shape. The Process of Toughening The glass is carried by rollers and goes through the furnace. Three types of modes are used to heat the glass - conduction, convection, and radiation. While the rollers help to conduct the heat, the coils enable radiation of heat. This ensures that the glass is evenly heated on every side. By blasting air on both the surfaces, the heated glass is then cooled uniformly.
