Our stuffed green olives are typically prepared by harvesting the olives , rinsing , sorting and calibrating them based on size and quality , curing them in brine or fermenting them to reduce bitterness , then . Oxidized if needed . prepared sliced , pitted or whole as needed , then packed into cans or jars along with brine , oil or any desired seasoning , sealed and pasteurized or serialized to ensure preservation . My packaging comes in boxes of 6 x 2kg vacuum sealed packs in recycable packaging.Also available 150 gram x 80 packs in cryovac packs in boxes.Also available the tapenades in 4 kg buckets .
