As Buyer’s Representative will send LOI to Seller’s agent . Seller’s agent will answer with a SCO on behalf of the Seller and once introduced to each other, I will supply full Buyer’s data so that Seller can contact Buyer and can send TSA and POP . Buyer will make arrangements to go and meet Seller for a TTM , do a DEEP & PAY and take the product away .
Contract will be signed immediately after where Buyer will issue bank instrument (SBLC or DLC from top bank)
