Specifications: API & PDO Sucker rod pump 1. API standard 2. fast delivery time 3. competitive pric 4. Tubing size:15-40 in. OD 5. Pump bore: 125-475 6. Barrel length:8-30ft 7. Plunger length:2-7ft The rod pump plunger is directly connected to the sucker rod string, and may be tripped into and out the tubing with the barrel together with no need to pull out the tubing string, which can reduce maintenance time and downtime. The life span of tubing can be prolonged by decreasing times of turning on and off the tubing thread and the time of working over is also shortened. The rod pump can be classified into two types of mechanical seating and cup seating. Also, it is divided into three types as RHA (stationary heavy well barrel top anchor rod pump), RHB (stationary heavy well barrel bottom anchor rod pump) and RHT (traveling heavy well barrel bottom anchor rod pump). The pump barrel is anchored on the top by a holder. This type of rod pump is suitable for sand production well since the fluid discharged from the guide cage washes away the sand between tubing and the top of the pump. But the pump barrel is more subjected to inside pressure and tensile load caused by the fluid column, and the plunger clearance will intend to increase during up stroke so the top anchored pumps are not recommended in deep wells This structure has the following advantages When the rod pump is running, fluid discharged from the guide cage flushes sand sedimentation away The standing valve at the bottom of the pump is apt to immerse in the well fluid, therefore, it is applicable to the well with low fluid level the top anchor mode helps the pump to keep in free suspension state and provides with self-alignment effect, therefore, it is applicable to the deviated well the pump barrel functions as a gas anchor, making these pumps suitable for gassy wells Compared with the bottom anchor rod pumps, the pump is more suitable for oil wells with heavy oil. However, it is not suitable for deep oil wells because the internal pressure and tension caused by the fluid column is likely to cause the pump barrel to expand, and enlarges plunger clearance.
