DESCRIPTION: Nitrile Rubber is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. Nitrile rubber sheets are mainly used as oil & solvent resistance as it has good tensile strength, low compression set, flexibility & impermeability to gases. These sheets are very good resistance to petroleum based products having recommended for operating temperature from (-20°C to +110°C). APPLICATIONS: These sheets / rolls are mainly used for sealing, gasket & packing to avoid leakages from oil, solvent, petroleum based fluids, lubricating oil, transformer fluid & sealing against gases. PROPERTY: Very good resistance to petroleum based fluid goods & high temperature resistance up to 110°C. Very low-level permeability to gases. Poor ozone resistance. 100% NITRILE RUBBER SHEET: BLACK NO GRADES DENSITY (g/cc) HARDNESS (SH–A) TENSILE (Kg/cm2) Eb (%) 1 BNT-1240 1.2 40 60 500 2 BNT-1350 1.3 50 70 450 3 BNT-1460 1.4 60 80 400 4 BNT-1570 1.5 70 80 300 COMMERCIAL GRADE NITRILE RUBBER SHEET NO GRADES NEOPRENE (%) DENSITY (g/cc) HARDNESS (SH–A) TENSILE (Kg/cm2) Eb (%) 1 BNTNR-50 50 1.6 65 20 250 PRODUCT DIMENSIONS Rotocure Finish Plate Finish SIZE (Mtrs) THICKNESS (MM) 1.2 x 10, 20, 30 3 to 12 Finish Smooth / Texture Impression SIZE (Mtrs) THICKNESS (MM) 1.2 x 2.4 3 to 25 1.0 x 2.0 3 to 25 MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES THICKNESS WIDTH LENGTH HARDNESS DENSITY + / - 0.3mm or 10% whichever is higher + / - 2% + / - 5% + / - 5 + / - 0.05 Store according to DIN 7716 standards. Products must be stored in cool, dry places with temperature ranging between 10°C to 30°C, sheltered from the sun & free from ozone for better shelf life. Avoid contact with acids & alkalies. If there is any doubt about the condition of sheet/roll, they should be retested before putting into service. Products should be issued in the order of their date of manufacture.
