At Baaeco V Food, we offer both naturally sun-dried and boiled-first-then-sun-dried anchovies. Caught fresh from the sea, the fish is ready to be customized according to our customers’ preferences. Generally, our dried anchovies’ sizes in length range from 4.5 to 11 cms or 1.7 to 4.3 inches. The attractiveness of these small, silvery fish is that they are rich in vitamin B, calcium, and zinc.
